MEC for Education in the North West, Viola Motsumi extends warm wishes and heartfelt encouragement to all learners on the upcoming year-end examinations.

The year-end examinations represent an opportunity for learners to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and the hard work they have put into their studies throughout the year.

Motsumi says this is a time to showcase achievements and further your academic aspirations and encourages learners to stay calm and focused, and to make sure that they are well-prepared for the examinations.

“I know that this is a stressful time for many learners, but I want to assure you that you are not alone. You have the support of your teachers, your parents, and the entire Department of Basic Education. You worked hard throughout the year showcasing your unique strengths.

“As you prepare for your examinations, remember to stay well-rested, maintain a balanced lifestyle, and approach each paper with confidence. I wish all you great success”, Motsumi expressed.

Motsumi also reminded learners to adhere to all examination regulations.
“It is important to be honest and ethical during the examinations. Cheating will not only get you caught, but it will also disadvantage yourself and your fellow learners. I encourage you not to engage in dishonest gains”, Motsumi added.

Motsumi acknowledges the extraordinary efforts of teachers, parents and guardians who have provided unwavering support to learners.
Motsumi will be visiting Moreri Secondary School in Tseoge Village and Pica-Pau Secondary School in Pomfret both in the Dr Ruth Segomotsi district.
