NW EDUCATION HOSTS ITS SEGMENT OF NATIONAL TEACHING AWARDS

MEC for Education in the North West province Mmaphefo Matsemela cordially invites all media houses to the province’s National Teaching Awards (NTAs) ceremony aimed at recognising celebrating and honouring teachers and school principals who have performed remarkably in their respective arenas.

The ceremony will be held as follows:

The nominees will be awarded in 14 categories namely;

• Excellence in Grade R Teaching

• Excellence in Primary School Teaching

• Excellence in Secondary School Teaching

• Excellence in Primary School Leadership

• Excellence in Secondary School Leadership

• Excellence in Special Needs Teaching

• Excellence in Teaching Mathematics (FET)
