The department of Education in the North West province wishes to update members of the media on the memorial service and funersl details for the late Amogelang Mokwena (21) of Michael Modisakeng Secondary School who met his untimely death by drowning in a pool during a peer education seminar.

Memorial service details are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 06 October 2022
Venue: Michael Modisakeng Sec School (Majakaneng, in Brits)
Time: 09:00am

The funeral service will be held at the learners home in Majakaneng, as follows:

Date: Saturday, 08 October 2022
Venue: 50126 Newstand Extension 2, Majakaneng
Time: 07:00
