Madam Speaker, Honourable Premier, Honourable Members, Ladies and Gentlemen, I believe that this message resonates very well with the core mandate of our department – to build the future of our children, which perfectly fits in with our vision to grow North West together.

Taking cue from the above assertion, allow me, Madam Speaker, to remind this August House that, for us, as the Department of Education, growth is a journey, not a destination!.
