MATSEMELA TO LEAD THE ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE GRADE 8 LEARNERS AT SUNRISE VIEW SECONDARY SCHOOL

The North West Department of Education MEC, Mmaphefo Matsemela will be leading the orientation programme for the 2022 Grade 8 learners of Sunrise View Secondary school on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.

The area of Rustenburg is one of the hotspot areas which has a high enrollment of learners. Parents who do not apply on time normally run the risk of not getting space for their children.

The MEC for Education, Mmaphefo Matsemela is expected to welcome the Grade 8 learners of Sunrise View Secondary school.

“I wish to remind all parents to adhere to the learner registration period. The learner registration campaign started on 01 April and ended on 31 October 2021. This process assist the department to provide learners with all their required amenities on the following year.

“Tomorrow l will be guiding the Grade 8 class about how they should behave themselves in high school. Learners who have registered on time will be able to be allocated their classes and teachers before the beginning of 2022”, said MEC Matsemela.

The event for the orientation programme will be scheduled as follows:
